Tincture & Tone – Booking Policy
1. Introduction
At Tincture & Tone, we are committed to ensuring that every consultation is tailored to your specific health needs. To maintain a seamless and professional booking process, we have outlined the following policy.
By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. How to Book
Appointments can be made through the following channels:

To ensure we match you with the right practitioner, all bookings require the completion of an onboarding questionnaire.
3. Onboarding & Pre-Appointment Questionnaire
✅ Step 1: Initial Intake Questionnaire (Required Before Booking)
- Before securing your appointment, you must complete a brief intake questionnaire.
- This ensures we can determine if our naturopathic approach aligns with your health needs.
✅ Step 2: Additional Review if Required
- If your intake questionnaire indicates that additional support may be required, one of our friendly team members will contact you for further information.
- This call will help us determine if:
- Your concerns align with our 45-minute consultation ($99), or
- A longer consultation or higher-cost appointment is required, which our team will assist in booking.
- If your needs fall outside our scope, we will refer you to an appropriate practitioner who may be better suited.
🚨 Important: While we take great care in referring patients to external practitioners, Tincture & Tone is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from treatments or consultations with third-party practitioners.
✅ Step 3: Full Health Questionnaire (Due 48 Hours Before Your Appointment)
- Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a full health questionnaire, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Failure to complete this may result in appointment cancellation without refund.
4. Appointment Details & Costs
⏳ Duration: All consultations are strictly 45 minutes and cannot be extended.
💰 Cost: $99 per session (no GST applies).
📌 Non-Refundable: The $99 appointment fee is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for products or other services.
⚠️ Why is the 45-minute rule important?
- Our practitioners carefully structure their schedules to ensure every patient receives the full attention and care they deserve.
- Extending appointment times disrupts the experience for others, which is why we strictly adhere to the 45-minute consultation window.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
🚫 Cancellations cannot be made within 48 hours of your appointment.
- If your appointment is at 9:00 AM on Friday, you must cancel before 9:00 AM on Wednesday to avoid being charged.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the $99 appointment fee.
🔄 Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule outside the 48-hour window, please refer to your original booking confirmation email for instructions on how to change your appointment.
- If you cannot locate this email, please contact info@tinctureandtone.com, and our team will assist you.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is not permitted, and a new appointment will need to be booked with a new $99 fee.
6. Practitioner Qualifications & Standards
At Tincture & Tone, all our naturopaths:

✔️ Follow evidence-based naturopathic protocols and treatment frameworks
✔️ Stay up to date with ongoing professional development
We are committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality naturopathic care.
7. Final Notes
- By booking with Tincture & Tone, you acknowledge that our naturopaths do not diagnose medical conditions and do not replace medical practitioners.
- If at any stage we determine that your health concerns are beyond our scope, we will recommend a suitable alternative pathway for your care.
- Your booking fee is a service charge for the consultation only and does not include the cost of any supplements, herbal treatments, or functional tests recommended during your session.
- Wherever possible, patients should continue working with their current GP for any existing or future health concerns. Our services are designed to compliment conventional healthcare, not replace it.

Acceptance of Gift Card & Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Tincture & Tone Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Where You Can Use Your Gift Card
Tincture & Tone Gift Cards:
✔ Can be used at all Tincture & Tone stores and online via our website (www.tinctureandtone.com)
✖ Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
✖ Cannot be used for goods or services we are not permitted to supply to you (e.g., regulated health services).
How to Use Your Gift Card
In-Store Purchases:
Present your gift card at checkout, and our team will apply it to your purchase. No change will be given for transactions under the balance; any remaining funds will stay on the card for future purchases.
Online Purchases:
At checkout, enter your gift card code in the designated field to apply it to your order. The balance will be updated automatically.
By using your Gift Card for payment, you authorize Tincture & Tone to deduct the purchase amount from your remaining balance.
What Happens if Your Purchase Exceeds Your Gift Card Value?
If your order exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, you will need to pay the difference using another payment method.
Gift Cards Cannot Be Redeemed for Cash
Tincture & Tone Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to obtain cash advances.
Gift Card Expiry
Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance after this period will expire and be unavailable for use.
To check your expiry date, refer to your email confirmation (for digital Gift Cards) or visit any Tincture & Tone store.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Treat your Tincture & Tone Gift Card like cash—we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.
Exchanges & Refunds for Items Purchased with a Gift Card
Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our standard return & exchange policies.
Your Responsibility
The use and security of your Gift Card are your responsibility. You are liable for any transactions made using your Gift Card unless there is fraud or negligence by Tincture & Tone or our employees.
Changes to These Terms
Tincture & Tone reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time, including but not limited to:
- Adding or removing locations where the Gift Card can be redeemed.
- Updating eligible goods and services.
- Preventing fraud or misuse.
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Tincture & Tone Loyalty Program – Elevate Me Rewards Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Tincture & Tone operates a loyalty program known as Elevate Me Rewards ("Program").
1.2 These terms and conditions govern membership in the Program and outline how members can earn and redeem rewards.
1.3 By signing up for Elevate Me Rewards, you agree to:
- Be bound by these terms and any updates to them.
- Participate in the Program and earn rewards based on purchases.
- Receive marketing communications from Tincture & Tone, including emails, SMS, and social media promotions (you may opt out at any time).
2. Membership
2.1 Membership in Elevate Me Rewards is free and available to customers who provide their name and a valid email address.
2.2 Members may also provide their date of birth and mobile number to receive birthday rewards and exclusive offers.
2.3 Customers can sign up for the Program in-store or online via the Tincture & Tone website or app.
2.4 Employees of Tincture & Tone are not eligible to join.
2.5 Membership is limited to one account per person and must be used for personal purchases only. Business or corporate memberships are not permitted.
2.6 Members may cancel their membership at any time (see Section 5).
3. Earning & Redeeming Rewards
3.1 How to Earn Points
Elevate Me Rewards features a tiered loyalty system, where members earn points based on their total annual spend.

- Points can be redeemed in-store or online at checkout.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash and expire after 12 months of inactivity.
- Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
4. Member Benefits
4.1 Birthday Reward
- Members receive a $25 reward during their birthday month.
- The reward is sent via email or SMS on the 1st of the month and is valid for that calendar month.
- This offer is valid on one purchase only and must be redeemed in-store or online.
4.2 Exclusive Discounts & Early Access
- Members get early access to sales, promotions, and new product launches.
- Special members-only offers will be emailed or sent via SMS.
4.3 Bonus Point Events
- Members will have opportunities to earn extra points during promotional periods.
5. Membership Cancellation & Opt-Out
5.1 Members can cancel their Elevate Me Rewards membership at any time by:

5.2 Cancelling your membership means you will lose all accumulated points and will no longer receive loyalty-based promotions or discounts.

- Modify or update these terms and conditions.

4. Returns & Refund Policy
4.1 Change of Mind Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is to ensure our products maintain hygiene and safety standards and that all customers receive new, unhandled products.

4.2 Damages & Order Issues
We offer a strict 30-day return policy for faulty or fulfillment issues, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under the following conditions:
✅ Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item received – We will evaluate and rectify the issue.
✅ Product must be in its original condition – Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to request a return:

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
