Purslane (Portulaca oleracea) - also known as Pigweed and by several Aboriginal names, including Munyeroo, is rich in vitamins A (as beta-carotene), C and E (alpha-tocopherol) as well as Glutathione, a power-house anti-oxidant that brightens skin.
