Tincture and Tone – Closure FAQ

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Tincture and Tone will be closing its doors.

Despite the incredible support from our community, increasing overheads have made it unsustainable to continue. Our final day of trade will be Saturday, 29th June 2025.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us throughout your health journey – thank you for being part of Tincture and Tone.

Below are answers to common questions during this transition:

Due to rising operational costs, we've made the difficult decision to close the business. This decision has not come lightly, and we thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty.

Our last day of trade will be Saturday, 29th June 2025.

The Tincture and Tone app will be deactivated shortly after 29th June.
If you access your treatment plans or records through the app, please ensure you save or download any important information before this date.

All client records are securely stored via Cliniko, our clinical software platform. These records will be permanently and securely destroyed after 29th June 2025, in line with Cliniko’s privacy policy.

If you would like a copy of your treatment plan or notes, please email tests@tinctureandtone.com before 29th June.

If you currently have a functional test underway, we will contact you directly to provide results and/or make alternate arrangements.

If you have paid for a functional test but have not yet completed it or received it, please do not proceed.

Instead, contact us so we can arrange a full refund.

Yes. The Elevate Me Loyalty Program will remain active online only, and you can continue redeeming your points digitally after the clinic closes.

Many of our practitioners will continue working independently or with other clinics.

Please note: Tincture and Tone accepts no responsibility for services provided outside of our business following closure

Yes – but only for a limited time:

  • In-store: Enjoy 30% off everything until 29th June (or until sold out).

  • Online: The 30% discount continues online while stock lasts.

We recommend stocking up early, as items will not be restocked once sold out.

Our 30-day return policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened and untampered with.
